The demo has begun!

Late last week the construction team from Kastner Construction, Inc. of Dixon, got down and dirty with the initial demolition of the interior of 114 E. Everett in Dixon.

These are hearty people. Wheelbarrow after wheelbarrow had to be carted out to the dumpster in below zero weather. At the time of this writing, the dumpster was on its third fill up!

Spring completion…

Original estimates of the opening of Dixon RiverWorks was April, but as renovation projects go, it looks like it will be May 2021. In the meantime, all systems are a go.
